i-THRIVE Academy: Impact
The i-THRIVE Academy was successfully piloted in March and April 2017 to over 200 professionals from 30 CCGs.
The modules were developed over the course of 2016 in collaboration with THRIVE authors and leaders in the field of children and young people’s mental health based on the core competencies needed to work in a THRIVE like way and where there were gaps in existing training provision.
Participants in the i-THRIVE Academy pilots reported that the content of all modules was extremely relevant to current practice with an average rating of 4.39 out of a possible 5.
