Learning from Implementation of the THRIVE Framework Across Complex Systems

Based on your feedback from our last Community of Practice event in November 2022, the National i-THRIVE team will be sharing examples of best practice from our Community of Practice sites, with some top tips for successful implementation of the THRIVE Framework. There will be a session on the culture change required to embed the principles of the THRIVE Framework, with dedicated time to support the development of programme action plans.As we are committed to increasing the diversity of our speakers and events, we are particularly keen to offer presenting opportunities and training to those from minority groups.
