This is the final stage of phase one. In the redesign workshop you will determine as a group what your new services will look like. Taking on board your identified priority areas and working with examples of best practice and evidence based models of care you will outline plans for delivering care in line with the five needs based groupings of the THRIVE Framework for system change (Wolpert et al., 2019).

An implementation template plan has been developed to act as a useful starting point for sites developing their own implementation plans.

An implementation checklist has been developed as part of our ongoing work to define and highlight what it means to be a “THRIVE-like” system. These individual actions are taken from the THRIVE Assessment Tool which identified system-wide behaviours that indicated working in line with the principles of the THRIVE Framework.
