i-THRIVE Community of Practice event: 3rd November 2022

Supporting Shared Decision Making and Personalised Care through Integrated Front Doors

 Thursday 3rd November 2022, 10:00-16:00.

Face-to-face event in London, with details to be confirmed soon

Due to popular demand, the National i-THRIVE team will be presenting on the hot topic of Integrated Front Doors at the next Community of Practice event.

In the ICS design framework (NHS, 2021), it is stated that Inregrated Front Doors are key to allow partners to reach their shared goals of:
– improving outcomes and tackling inequalities
– enhancing productivity and ensuring best use of resources
– strengthening local communities.
Integrated Front Doors will therefore support collaboration in order to achieve the vision set out in the NHS Long Term Plan.

We would especially love to hear from children and young people’s services offering co-produced Integrated Front Doors, in line with the principles of the THRIVE Framework.
