Learning from Implementation of the THRIVE Framework across Complex Systems

In an exciting return to face to face events, this National i-THRIVE Community of Practice event took place in London on Thursday 7th March 2024. It was a great opportunity for shared learning and networking, celebrating the great THRIVE-like work from across the country and hearing about all the fantastic initiatives to support children, young people and families mental health and wellbeing nationally.

It was a full day of interesting presentations from our guest speakers from the East of England, Sirona Health and Care and North Central London Integrated Care System, sharing examples of best practice and experiences of overcoming their challenges. This was then followed by a presentation by Dr Anna Moore & Dr Rachel Sippy, sharing preliminary findings from a large-scale National i-THRIVE evaluation showcasing the impact of implementing the THRIVE Framework for system change.

The event was well attended by over 40 people. It was great to hear how you found it a “thought provoking” event, “with good encouragement of networking and Q&A and “real life examples of the THRIVE Framework being implemented”. There was a lot of energy and enthusiasm for the next event to be held face to face, so we really look forward to hosting the 10 year anniversary event in November later this year.
